What a great way to spend the summer … exploring our world. Each camp day will be filled with fun arts and crafts, cooking projects, music and movement, and outdoor activities, including water play.
Each week Preschool and Pre-K children will have fun in the splash pools and sprinklers on our spacious playground. Kindergarten and elementary age children will enjoy a combination of outdoor water play and activities, and afternoon swimming at the nearby Sterling Park Golf Swim and Tennis Club.
Other weekly activities include wonderful exhibitions and performances presented by local performers, including magic shows, song and dance events, animal and puppet shows. A complete list of the shows will be published once we receive final confirmation from the performers. A Fun-Fit-Tastic Fitness class, science projects and a special snack day are also weekly activities that your child can look forward to during each week of camp.
Discovery Oaks Academy will be closed Wednesday, July 4, 2007.
Who may attend
Children ages 2 (potty trained) through Second Grade may attend summer camp at Discovery Oaks Academy.
