Kindergarten at Discovery Oaks Academy
Our Kindergarten program provides a full-day experience focusing on the enriched reading, language, and math skills.  Our curriculum is theme-based and promotes hands-on learning with exciting science and social studies activities.  We integrate our core subjects with special classes in art, music, physical education, and foreign language to offer a well-rounded Kindergarten program.

Who Should Attend
Children must be five years old by September 30, 2007 for Kindergarten placement.  All other children who do not make the September 30th cutoff for Kindergarten will be placed in a Pre-K classroom.

Hours
Kindergarten classes are held from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with before- and after-school care available.  A healthy, balanced lunch, including milk may be purchased for $2.50 per day, or students may bring their own bag lunch.  Discovery Oaks Academy is a peanut-free school.
