Preschool at Discovery Oaks Academy
Our Preschool program provides a positive learning experience using a literacy-based curriculum of “Mother Goose on the Loose.”   Our young students explore math, science, and language through the use of traditional nursery rhymes.

Each month brings new familiar rhymes that help build the necessary academic and social skills needed for young learners.  The children enjoy art projects, games, and music that center on each rhyme, reinforcing the wonderful world of literature and learning.
 
Preschool is often a child’s first experience in an academic setting, and our program provides a warm and loving environment wherein your child can grow and learn.

Who Should Attend
The Preschool classes are offered to 2- and 3-year-old (potty-trained) children.  With our flexible scheduling your child may attend 2, 3, or 5 days per week.

Hours
Your child may attend the Preschool class from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  We also offer a full-day program that includes preschool plus extended care.

The “Lunch Bunch” option is offered to the 3-day children attending the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday class.  This option allows students to attend class and then stay for lunch.  Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
